Aquest prestigi\u00f3s esdeveniment es dur\u00e0 a terme el <strong>9 d&#039;abril<\/strong> al <strong>Mercat Municipal<\/strong>, on vuit destacats cuiners mostraran les seves habilitats culin\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest any, el concurs ha aconseguit una notable participaci\u00f3 amb <strong>64 xefs i cuiners novells<\/strong>, tant de <strong>Espanya<\/strong> com de <strong>altres pa\u00efsos<\/strong>, competint per un lloc a la final amb les seves innovadores receptes que exalcen la <strong>gamba vermella de D\u00e9nia<\/strong>. Els finalistes seleccionats s\u00f3n: <strong>V\u00edctor Su\u00e1rez<\/strong>, <strong>C\u00e8sar Mogoll\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>Ariel Mungia<\/strong>, <strong>Federico Guajardo<\/strong>, <strong>Mart\u00edn Comamala<\/strong>, <strong>Ignasi Carballo<\/strong>, <strong>Eugenio Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> i <strong>Cristina G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, provinents de reconeguts restaurants al llarg de la geografia espanyola.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat, compost per distingits professionals de l&#039;\u00e0mbit gastron\u00f2mic com <strong>Emmanuelle Baron<\/strong>, <strong>Sergio Boix<\/strong>, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Manuel L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, <strong>Evarist Miralles<\/strong>, <strong>Ausi\u00e0s Signes<\/strong>, i <strong>Diego Mena<\/strong>, ha estat l&#039;encarregat d&#039;avaluar les propostes i seleccionar els competidors per a la fase final. Aquests experts representen alguns dels restaurants m\u00e9s premiats i compten amb distincions com a estrelles <strong>Michelin<\/strong> i sols <strong>Repsol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h1>Certamen<\/h1>\n<p>D\u00e9nia es prepara per convertir-se en l&#039;epicentre de la gastronomia amb la <strong>gamba vermella<\/strong> com a protagonista, en un esdeveniment que promet ser una trobada \u00fanica per a <strong>participants<\/strong>, <strong>professionals<\/strong> i <strong>aficionats a la cuina<\/strong>. La <strong>Confraria de Pescadors de D\u00e9nia<\/strong> proveir\u00e0 la gamba vermella perqu\u00e8 els finalistes elaborin els seus plats, que seran avaluats per un jurat d&#039;excepci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat d&#039;aquest any inclou figures destacades com <strong>Carolina \u00c1lvarez<\/strong>, <strong>Pablo Cabezali<\/strong>, <strong>Igor Cubillo<\/strong>, <strong>Quique Dacosta<\/strong>, <strong>\u00d3scar Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, <strong>\u00c1lvaro Garrido<\/strong>, <strong>Andreu Genestra<\/strong>, <strong>Maria G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, <strong>\u00d3scar Molina<\/strong> i <strong>Maria Ritter<\/strong>, els qui aportaran la seva vasta experi\u00e8ncia i coneixement per valorar les creacions culin\u00e0ries.
