La gastronomia benissera sempre ha estat molt lligada a la cultura i la identitat local. El 2022 <strong>Benissa Turisme<\/strong>, amb el respatller de<strong> ATEBE<\/strong> (Associaci\u00f3 Tur\u00edstic Empresarial de Benissa), va iniciar un proc\u00e9s d&#039;estudi i investigaci\u00f3 per definir les bases del model de gastrotur\u00edstic. Les claus d&#039;aquest estudi realitzat per <strong>Vicent Mart\u00edn, soci\u00f2leg i t\u00e8cnic de recerca i desenvolupament<\/strong> de l&#039;Oficina d&#039;Innovaci\u00f3 i Creativitat de l&#039;Ajuntament de D\u00e9nia, s&#039;han presentat aquesta setmana davant del teixit empresarial del sector agroalimentari i de l&#039;hostaleria de Benissa.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9s de 40 entrevistes realitzades a empreses d&#039;hostaleria, serveis tur\u00edstics i agroaliment\u00e0ries del municipi han dibuixat l&#039;escenari sobre el qual s&#039;ha de desenvolupar el futur model gastrotur\u00edstic de Benissa.<\/p>\n<p>Una de les claus, en qu\u00e8 han coincidit des de tots els sectors involucrats, \u00e9s <strong>potenciar el producte, la cuina de territori<\/strong> i, en definitiva, <strong>promocionar la identitat gastron\u00f2mica de Benissa<\/strong> amb productes tan propis com el caspell, o l&#039;olla de pop.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>regidor de Turisme, Jorge Ivars<\/strong>, remarca que aquest \u00e9s un tipus de turisme que est\u00e0 a l&#039;al\u00e7a i anuncia una segona reuni\u00f3 sobre aquest tema per continuar treballant junts tots els agents relacionats amb el turisme i la gastronomia a Benissa.<\/p>\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-6852-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/media.radiolitoral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/15203404\/Jorge-Ivars-Gastro.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/media.radiolitoral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/15203404\/Jorge-Ivars-Gastro.mp3\">https:\/\/media.radiolitoral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/15203404\/Jorge-Ivars-Gastro.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ayuntamiento de Benissa ha presentado el estudio del modelo gastrotur\u00edstico de la localidad a los empresarios locales.
